Parliament visit

Our councilors recently went to the Houses of Parliament where the children had a full tour, saw the Magna Carta, stood in the House of Lords, watched a live debate in the House of Commons and even walked in the King’s footsteps.

The children also had the opportunity to showcase what they had learnt and took part in their very own debate- should petrol/diesel cars be banned?

Thurrock Food Bank

The school council team took all of our Harvest donations to the Thurrock Food Bank to be weighed and sorted. This year we collected 160kg worth of items which was greatly appreciated and will benefit numerous families in the community. Well done to our wonderful school council members for unloading/moving stock and preparing some of the deliveries. Thank you all for your generous donations!

School council clean up!

It was recently drawn to our attention that there was a variety of litter in our local area. Our wonderful school council team decided to get out there and collect as much litter as they could!

Jayden "Everyone should make sure they put their own rubbish in the bin and make sure you recycle when you can!"

Keyaan "It is important we try our best to keep our environment clean and tidy. We also want to protect the animals that live here too."

Well done all!
